  2. Estimate still unsignedSent when a document is still unsigned after the initial request.
  3. Move confirmedSent when a booking is confirmed.

Move day

Carries the customer from the day-before reminder to the moment the crew reaches the door, and rebooks the job when nobody is home.

  1. Move is tomorrowSent the day before the appointment.
  2. An hour outSent about an hour before the appointment.
  3. Crew en routeSent when a mobile provider, technician, or driver is en route to the customer.
  4. Crew at your doorSent when the technician reaches the address.
  5. Nobody homeSent after a missed appointment.

Move complete, balance & review

Closes the job out, collects the balance, recovers a declined card, and asks for the review.

  2. Balance dueSent once when a standing balance is ready to pay.
  3. Card declinedSent when a customer's card is declined.

Crew dispatch

Publishes a mover's job, reminds them the day before, and confirms every start-time change or cancellation.

  1. You're scheduledSent when a shift is assigned.
  2. Job tomorrowSent ahead of shift start.
  3. Start time movedSent when a shift is changed, swapped, or moved.

Crew app access

Verifies a new mover's phone and signs them in to the crew app.

  1. Verify your phoneSent when a user verifies their phone at signup.
